Somatic Therapy

Package of 5 individual sessions, count around 2 hours per session

If you have decided to change something in your life, or you are looking to process old trauma, this package is for you. This work can stir things up, and is meant for accompanying you through a period of introspection and change that you have decided to consciously take on in your life. These packages garantee follow-up and time between sessions for your own part of the work which belongs only to you. These therapies call heavily on my specific experience in massage as well as other techniques from nursing, somatic exercises drawn from ayurveda, Chinese medicine, fasciatherapy, psychology, neurocognition and neurolinguistics.

Somatic exploratory session - with massage - 2h+
250 CHF
For an accompanied exploration of your accumulated tension and blockages, if you are not ready or available to take on the deeper work of a full-system reset, I offer these individual sessions. You will get an accompanied deep dive into how you store and deal with your own personal issues within your body. The sessions last 2+ hours and include roughly 90 minutes of massage with a debriefing.
I highly recommend an individual session with massage before committing to a package.

Somatic consultation without massage, 45 minutes
100 CHF

For those looking for active ways to release things on their own, whether it's physical or emotional pain and tension, there are multiple ways to approach the problem and I will help you find exercices adapted to you. Whether it's fascia release, muscle release, activating your meridians, yoga and tai-chi style exercises, mindfulness, working through your word choice and formulation, NLP... and more... I will help you find the combination that is right for you. These sessions can take place in person in my therapy space, outdoors, or by videoconference (Zoom or WhatsApp).

Therapeutic Massage

80 minutes (1.5 hrs total appointment time)= 170 CHF
110 minutes (2h total appointment time) = 220 CHF

Each massage is tailored to your needs, using a combination of techniques.
Classical massage packages :

SEATED MASSAGE IN BUISINESSES AND EVENTS

If you would like to organize an event for health promotion through massage in a professional setting, please contact me for a quote adapted to your demands. There is a possibility to hire up to 3 therapists per event for massage activities.
Workshops are available for anxiety or emotional management as well as for general relaxation techniques. Please enquire for a quote based on your specific needs.

Reimbursement by complementary insurance
Classical massage is recognized by the ASCA foundation as a preventive complementary therapy, it is your responsability to contact your complementary insurance provider for more information concerning what and how much is included in your coverage for "massage classique" with Elizabeth Robert, accredidation number X744363. Please request a reimbursement bill for preventative care if necessary.

BONUS for REFERRALS If you are a client and you refer someone else for a massage of at least 1h, I will credit you 15 minutes!
